Services, quotes, and bookings
Information on this website is an overview, not a confirmed quote or booking. Rates, availability, scope, deliverables, and session arrangements are confirmed directly with the studio. A session is booked only after the studio confirms the appointment and any required payment or deposit.
Any project-specific written quote or agreement controls if it differs from these general website terms.
Studio session deposits
All studio session deposits are non-refundable. A deposit may be applied only toward studio time or services provided by Rare Monkey Studios. Deposits are not redeemable for cash or for services outside the studio. Booking-specific details will be confirmed with the client before payment.
Creative work and results
Visiting the website or discussing a project does not transfer ownership of music, recordings, artwork, or other creative material. Rights, credits, deliverables, revisions, and file retention are addressed in the applicable project agreement. The studio does not promise a record deal, income, audience growth, or a particular commercial result.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to third-party services or open your phone application when you select a phone number. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices; Rare Monkey Studios does not control them.
